How M-KOPA Works
- Requirements – Original National ID (Or Passport / Military ID), Safaricom Phone Number and the required deposit.
- Where to Buy – MKOPA shops and dealers countrywide.
- Buy Online – Place an order at lipa mdogo mdogo center, the phone will be delivered to your doorstep (Payment on Delivery).
- Installments – Customers can choose daily, weekly, or monthly payments. MKOPA Paybill: 333222; Account: ID Number.
- Replacement – Incase of loss, report to the nearest Police Station, visit an MKOPA shop for phone replacement.
- Cash Loans: Pay on time for 3 months to qualify for digital loans.
- Health Cover: Get a free 1 year Turaco medical cover for every MKOPA X20, X2 or M10 smartphone purchase. Ksh 1,000 per day for each overnight hospital admission at any Ministry of Health registered hospital (public or private).
- Device Protection: Every MKOPA client is eligible for one screen repair and one phone replacement.
